This is in responce to your letter dated June 13, 1991, requesting U.S. Customs acceptance of your high-security Interlock Bar Seal, model number MKIIIA. Please find enclosed a copy of Change No. 21 to the Customs Seal Manual (HB 3200-04), which serves as official notification of acceptance of this seal to our field personnel, carriers, and other seal users. Please note on page 1 of the Change No. 21, we show the model number as MIIIA. This typo will be corrected on the next Change Notice and forewarded to your attention.
