Description:

|
The NAVALOCK MKV-R is made of 4 main components (see Figure 1). This "One-Point, Variable Pitch Locking System" joins the two inner locking rods of the truck/container doors and locks them with the "click" of the locking bush. Materials used: 6mm (abt 1/4") thick steel plate and 14mm Ø (abt 5/8") round steel bar.
- Gripping Bracket, for fitting on one of the inner locking rods.
- Gripping Bracket, for fitting on the opposite door’s inner locking rod.
- Locking Bar (PVC coated), to unite the door locking rods by engaging it through the Gripping Brackets.
- Locking Bush(PVC coated), for securing the assembly and embossed in relief identification letters NT and five digits seal numbers punched on it.
- Replacement Locking Bars and Locking Bushes are available by special order (minimum quantities apply). Please contact NAVATECH or your nearest reseller.

- The hardened alloy steel, round shaped Locking Bar makes it virtually cut proof by hand operated hacksaws (certified by ABS) or severing by bolt cutters.
- Highly tamper resistant sub surface laser engraved labels.

- Standard NAVALOCK MKV-R locking range is for truck or container doors with a maximum pitch of the inner door locking rods of 360 mm (abt 14") center to center, ± 2 mm (abt 1/16").
- The main components of the NAVALOCK MKV-R are made of 6-14 mm (abt 1/4" - 5/8") thick steel, which is nearly double to quadruple that of truck or container panels or roof structure and exceeds the dimensions of most of the door’s locking fittings.
- The NAVALOCK MKV-R is packed in carton boxes containing 10 sets each. The total weight per set is ~1.45 kg (abt 3.25 lb) and per carton weight is ~ 16.0 kg (abt 35 lb) accordingly.
