- Fit the holding bracket onto one of the container or truck door rods, below the bottom handle of the door rod.
- Fit the holding bracket, onto the adjacent door rod, at the same level, facing the first holding bracket.
- Insert the locking bar through the holding bracket "A", engaging it into the holding bracket "B".
- Insert the locking bar "C" into the self locking bush "D" and firmly push the locking bar "C" into the locking bush "D". The self locking bush "D" will engage with the locking bar "C" by making the sound of a "click", thus locking and sealing firmly the doors.
Note:
Make sure that the locking bar "C" and the locking bush "D" are engaged and can not be separated by pulling those firmly apart.
Important notes:
- NAVALOCKs unique seal number must be entered into all shipping documents to assure undisputable evidence of tampering. Additional seals are not required on containers or trucks locked and sealed with NAVALOCK.
NAVALOCK is the seal.
- Check the seal numbers on the locking bush ("D") and the
locking bar ("C") and enter those into the shipping documents
